We are looking for a colleague to join a dedicated, samll consumer goods sales/distrubution team in Budapest. The holder of the newly created job would ensure timely and accurate delivery on given administrative, analytical and project tasks. He/she would support Key Account Managers and the Business Development Manager responsible for B2B trade, reporting directly to Sales Director.
Key Account Manager Assistant
Major tasks:
- Support Key Account Managers in managing operational activities like annual planning of trade activities, assortment management, promotional planning and providing reporting and analysis;
- Verification and nurture of productive business communication with buyers to improve relationship with customers;
- Proactively deliver accurate trade activity on time and information such as off-invoice discounts and accruals. Ensure reliable tracking and reporting and invoices process to guarantee the adherence to conditions agreed;
- Process, track, and follow up on special orders and change requests; communicate status to KAMs;
- Ensure flawless B2B trade activities to support the growing independent partner network;
- Maintain accurate customer records as prescribed;
- Assist as required in any physical inventory counts.
Requirements:
- Relevant degree;
- Experience, preferably in sales or supply chain roles (demand planning, customer service etc) in a similar market environment or trade structure;
- A high degree of self-motivation and ambition;
- The skills to work both independently and as part of a team;
- The capability to flourish in a competitive environment;
- A good level of numeracy, computer literacy.
