Job Description:
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Lead to drive business growth in the GCC (Global Competency Centres) region for our Healthcare IT SaaS portfolio. The ideal candidate will have deep industry expertise, a strong client network, and a proven record in enterprise and channel sales. You will play a pivotal role in building long-term partnerships, driving revenue, and representing our client in key client engagements.
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Drive new client acquisition and expand our client’s presence across the GCC Healthcare IT SaaS market.
- Plan, lead, and attend client meetings (onsite and virtual) to understand business challenges and propose tailored IT solutions.
- Build and maintain strong CXO-level relationships with clients, partners, and industry stakeholders.
- Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve business targets and revenue growth.
- Manage the entire sales cycle - from lead generation and proposal development to negotiation and closure.
- Lead key account management efforts to ensure high client satisfaction and long-term partnerships.
- Identify and onboard channel partners and strategic alliances to drive regional expansion.
- Collaborate with internal teams (Delivery, Product, and Marketing) to ensure alignment on client solutions and execution.
- Represent our client at industry conferences, trade shows, and client networking events in the GCC region.
- Track, measure, and report sales performance and market insights to the leadership team.
Qualifications:
- 10 -15 years of experience in Healthcare IT SaaS Sales, with at least 5 years of recent experience in the GCC region.
- Proven success in enterprise and channel sales, with a strong understanding of B2B sales dynamics.
- Established network of healthcare and IT decision-makers across hospitals, enterprises, and government sectors.
- Strong background in key account management and consultative selling.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Ability to manage multiple client engagements and deliver results under tight timelines.
- Self-driven, proactive, and comfortable working in a fast-paced, growth-oriented environment.
