- We are partnering exclusively with them to identify a results-driven Sales Leader for their Digital Patient Care Solutions portfolio in Romania.
The Role
- As Sales Leader – Acute Care Digital Solutions, you will represent a cutting-edge portfolio of Clinical Information Systems and services for the acute care domain — covering Operating Theatres, Intensive Care, and Anaesthesia units. You will own the full sales cycle, build strategic relationships, and drive commercial growth across Romania.
- This is a high-visibility, high-impact role for someone who thrives in complex healthcare IT sales and knows the Romanian market inside out.
What You'll Be Doing
- Drive end-to-end sales of Digital Patient Care Solutions, from pre-sales through to closure, focusing on both installed base conversion and net new business
- Own financial objectives including orders, revenue, and gross margin targets
- Build and grow strategic relationships with key stakeholders across hospitals, hospital groups, government bodies, and group purchasing organizations
- Develop and execute high-impact sales strategies through direct and indirect channels (partners, distributors)
- Ensure early positioning on governmental and enterprise projects to secure preferred partner status
- Monitor market trends, identify emerging customer needs, and cultivate relationships with key opinion leaders
- Lead the local Digital PCS team culture, drive cross-functional collaboration, and set the long-term vision for the business in Romania
What We're Looking For
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Healthcare, Technology, IT or a related field
- Proven track record in selling PCS medical devices or healthcare IT solutions in Romania
- Strong experience navigating public tenders and framework contracting in digital healthcare
- Established C-level relationships, particularly with CIOs, in public and private healthcare institutions
- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
- Ability to manage complex, multi-stakeholder deals from start to finish
- Willingness to travel up to 70% of working time
- Fluent in Romanian and English (written and verbal)
