Strategic Sales & Business Development:
• Drive B2B corporate sales for refined sugar, targeting large-scale wholesalers, institutional buyers, and bulk consumers.
• Identify and onboard new high-volume clients across UP and Bihar to expand market presence.
• Develop region-specific sales strategies aligned with business goals and market potential.
Client Relationship Management:
• Build strong, long-term relationships with key wholesalers, distributors, and corporate clients.
• Conduct regular client meetings and site visits to understand needs and ensure high satisfaction levels.
• Negotiate commercial terms, pricing, and contracts to secure profitable deals.
Market Penetration & Regional Focus:
• Focus on expanding business in the UP and Bihar regions through frequent travel and direct client engagement.
• Represent the company at trade events, expos, and B2B networking opportunities within the territory.
Team Collaboration & Operations Coordination:
• Work closely with logistics, production, and accounts teams to ensure timely order fulfillment and client support support.
• Provide regular market feedback to the senior management team for product and pricing strategy improvements.
• Ensure proper documentation, compliance, and coordination for dispatch, delivery, and payment follow-ups.
Onsite & Field Engagement:
• Full-time onsite role based at company location, with 6-day working structure.
• Willingness and ability to travel extensively across UP and Bihar to drive sales and maintain customer relationships.
