This is a great opportunity to join Winkworth Dulwich Estate Agents covering the London Area and surrounding they deal with Sales, and professional lettings. An extremely busy office where you will be registering applicants, booking and carrying out viewings and tying up offers. They are looking for a negotiator with at least months experience in either Sales or Lettings and someone who is hungry to earn lots of commission!

As an Estate Agent Sales / Lettings Negotiator you will be responsible for:

• Arranging and carrying property viewings for both Sales and Lettings
• Negotiating sales and lets
• Listening to potential buyers and tenants requirements and selling the best suited property
• Liaising with customers to answer any queries they have

As an Estate Agent Sales / Lettings Negotiator you will have the following skill set:

• Recent experience working as an Estate Agent Sales or Lettings Negotiator
• Proven track record in hitting and exceeding targets
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Full UK driving license and Car
