The Role:

• Manage your own portfolio of properties and clients
• Negotiate sales and lettings deals, ensuring positive outcomes for buyers, sellers, and landlords
• Generate new business through proactive networking, marketing, and relationship-building
• Thrive in a busy, supportive, and results-driven environment where success is recognised and rewarded

 
The Ideal Candidate:

• Ambitious and sales-driven with strong negotiation skills
• Previous experience in property sales or lettings is beneficial but not essential
• Personality, confidence, and drive to succeed are key
• Self-motivated, energetic, and customer-focused
• Eager to build and progress within a successful property career

 
What's on Offer:

• £35,000-£40,000 basic salary (depending on experience)
• Performance-based commission and incentives
