• Acquisition and development of clients in the region within road/air/rail freight (full-container and LCL).
• Maintaining and growing long-term relationships with company clients.
• Achieving designated financial goals.
• Initiating activities to enhance sales efficiency.
• Collaborating with the freight department.
• Active participation in creating and implementing improvements.
