Responsibilities:
- Channel distribution management, increasing the target of growth and sales.
- Execute business plan and market analysis while exploring new business opportunities.
- Management and development of distributors and sub-distributors.
- Evaluation and training for DSR distributors in accordance with the standard.
- Monitoring retail performance and striving for continuous improvement to drive sales growth and ensure distributors have a sound inventory.
- Coordinate the development of sales promotion and lead generation activities, as well as other relevant marketing initiatives, with a focus on maximizing ROI.
- Liaising with the retail department regarding the operation of the store.
- Interaction and support of relations with distributors.
Requirements:
- 3-5 years of sales experience in FMCG or similar industry, work in a network of local distributors is preferred.
- Proficiency in English at the level - Intermediate (submission to a foreign representative)
- Deep knowledge of the local market and distributor models.
- Good understanding of financial performance, value chain and price structure.
- Strong communication, interpersonal and negotiation skills.
- High responsibility and focus on results.
- Ability to multi-task in stressful situations and meet tight deadlines.
