Role details:
- Title / Designation: Sales Manager (Downstream Oil and gas)
- Reporting Manager: EVP – Sales
- Location: Saudi Arabia
- Work Mode: Remote from Saudi Arabia
Role & responsibilities:
- Develop, execute, and maintain comprehensive Account Plans for key downstream oil and gas clients in Saudi Arabia.
- Leverage strong industry knowledge and personal networks to identify new business opportunities and expand KSR's market presence.
- Demonstrate a deep understanding of the downstream Oil & Gas industry, particularly clients' needs and challenges related to automation solutions.
- Lead the sales process from initial client engagement through to successful implementation, ensuring exceptional client satisfaction and long-term partnerships.
- Collaborate closely with internal teams to craft persuasive project proposals, manage timelines and milestones, oversee resource allocation, and ensure effective delivery of solutions.
- Act as a trusted advisor to clients, providing insights on market trends and emerging technologies relevant to fuel retail and fleet management.
- Track sales metrics and report on progress, adapting strategies to meet evolving market demands and company objectives.
Candidate requirements:
- Minimum 8 years’ experience in New business development & sales preferably in the Oil and Gad industry in the Saudi Arabia.
- Experience in selling automation, fleet management, POS, payment, or logistics solutions to the oil and gas industry.
- Must be willing to travel to all regions in Saudi Arabia
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in a related technical, business discipline, or equivalent in IT/Electronics or a related field.
- Native Arabic speaker with fluency in English
- Proficiency in project management software, MS office suite and sales analytical tools with Strong presentation skills
- Strong account planning, negotiation, and presentation skills
