A brief list of Duties & Responsibilities and not limited to:

· Devise and deploy all sales objectives and goals across the company, including sales targets and budgets preparation and provides final authorization on all sales appoint decisions.

· Build opportunity generation plans for the practice product set. Identify trendsetter ideas by researching industry and related events, publications, and announcements; tracking individual contributors and their accomplishments.

· Developing and implementing quarterly and annual sales programs, plans, and policies for every sales manager.

· Managing the performance and activities of the entire sales units, including account managers, regional managers, and staff.

· Develop and implement reseller agreements, distribution strategies, and other sales opportunities.

· Nominate high quality solution wins to customer evidence team. Develop negotiating strategies and positions by studying integration of new venture with company strategies and operations; examining risks and potentials; estimating partners' needs and goals.

· Build new business relationships and expanding the business opportunities with the existing customers. This includes development of new accounts, selling new business to existing accounts, and management of resources performing on accounts.

· Support work force management process including recruitment and manpower planning and Create training and development programs for sales managers after careful assessment of their qualifications and competencies. Align professional staff career management to maximize business revenue and margin.
