Our client a Multi-national Food & Beverage company is looking to hire a Sales Manager for UAE & GCC market having 10+ years of experience in Food Service (HORECA) or FMCG distribution company.

Roles & Responsibility:

• Build and maintain excellent relationship with the assigned key accounts.
• Build own network and initiate new partnerships with key customers.
• Facilitate, negotiate, and supervise all contract amendments with the customer.
• Responsible for achieving the monthly, quarterly and yearly sales targets.
• Responsible for identifying opportunities and liaising with Brand Managers to achieve growth and profitability. 
• Build a strong team through coaching, mentoring and providing support.
• Provide insights to the management team on trends, competitor status that will aid in driving business decisions
• Accountable for monitoring and effective management of spends as per the agreed budgets.
• Ensure compliance to company policies, procedures, commercial terms and local regulations
• Proven track record of multi brand handling.

Requirements:

• Having 10 to 12 years’ experience in Food Service, F&B or Sales in a Distribution Company.
• Minimum of 5 years in a managerial position.
• Graduate degree or MBA in Sales & Marketing from reputed university,
• Having a UAE Driving License is a must.
• Preference: Europeans / Eastern European or Arab Nationality
