DESIGNATION: Sales Manager (Formwork Sales)
LOCATION: Mumbai, Pune, Hyderabad
REPORT TO: HOD
EDUCATIONAL QUALIFICATION: B.Tech, BBA or equivalent
EXPERIENCE: 5-10 years in B2B Sales
REMUNERATION: 10-15 LPA
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve revenue targets and increase market share in the aluminum formwork sector.
- Identify and target potential customers, including construction companies, contractors, and developers, through effective market research and networking.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients, ensuring elevated levels of customer satisfaction and repeat business.
- Lead the entire sales cycle, from prospecting to closing deals, while consistently meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including engineering and operations, to ensure smooth project execution and customer satisfaction.
- Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and market conditions to identify new business opportunities and adjust sales strategies accordingly.
- Prepare and present sales proposals, conduct product demonstrations, and negotiate contracts to secure new business.
- Provide accurate sales forecasts and reports to the management team on a regular basis.
- Mentor and guide junior sales team members, providing training and support to enhance their performance and achieve sales objectives.
Requirements:
- Proven experience of 5-10 years in sales, preferably in the aluminum formwork or construction industry.
- Strong understanding of the construction market dynamics and knowledge of aluminum formwork systems is highly desirable.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills with a record of building and maintaining successful client relationships.
- Demonstrated ability to achieve and exceed sales targets, with a strong focus on results and customer satisfaction.
- Proactive and self-motivated with the ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in using CRM software and MS Office Suite.
- Willingness to travel within the assigned territory as required.
