Position:- Export Manager (International Sales- US, Canada, Mexico)
Experience:-10 - 15 years
Location:- Kharadi, Pune
Education:- B.Tech/B.E
Roles & Responsibilities:-
- Proactively identify and engage potential customers to secure orders.
- Maintain a comprehensive understanding of global customers and market trends.
- Identify & Evaluate opportunities for market Expansion.
- Leverage Previous Customer Connections & Utilize existing relationships with customers to drive business growth.
- Prepare, issue, and manage Export Documentation, including RFQs, Invoice, Shipping Documents & Compliance Certificate.
- Successfully close deals with customers, ensuring mutually beneficial agreements.
- Demonstrate strong negotiation skills to secure favorable terms and conditions.
- Build and sustain long-term relationships with international customers, providing ongoing support and ensuring satisfaction.
- Proven track record in sales or business development, preferably in the supply chain or logistics industry.
Required Candidate profile:-
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering Discipline.
- Must have Strong Knowledge of International Export in US, Canada, Mexico.
- Strong knowledge of global markets and customer base.
- Excellent negotiation and communication skills.
- Ability to create and manage RFQs effectively.
- Experience in closing deals and achieving sales targets.
- Exceptional relationship management skills.
- Proven Experience in Product Line- Alloy Steel, Stainless Steel bright bar, Carbon steel Billets, Blooms.
- 5 to 10 years experience must in export of steel or components like bright bars, stainless steel rolled or peeled bars, rolled or forged rounds, tool steel ,ball bearing steel, alloy steel exports, HR Coils, CR Coils or Galvanized coils sale in middle east of African countries.
- Experience in Ferrous or non Ferrous castings, forgings or auto components will be an added advantage.
