Job Description
As a Sales Manager, you will be responsible for leading and managing a team of sales professionals and driving sales initiatives focused on security solutions.
Responsibilities:
- Lead, mentor, and manage a team of sales professionals, providing guidance, support, and performance feedback.
- Develop and execute sales strategies to drive revenue growth and market penetration for security solutions.
- Identify and target potential clients in various industries, such as corporate, government, healthcare, and financial sectors.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and new clients to generate sales opportunities and maximize revenue.
- Stay updated with industry trends, emerging technologies, and competitor activities related to security solutions.
- Collaborate with the team to develop compelling sales proposals and presentations that showcase our security offerings.
- Conduct sales meetings, presentations, and negotiations with prospective clients, effectively demonstrating the value and benefits of our solutions.
- Achieve and exceed sales targets and objectives, ensuring consistent revenue growth.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including pre-sales, technical experts, and project managers, to deliver tailored security solutions to customers.
- Provide accurate sales forecasts, reports, and insights to senior management on a regular basis.
- Stay updated on certifications and industry standards, leveraging them to enhance credibility and differentiate our offerings.
- Represent company at industry events, conferences, and trade shows to promote our security solutions and build networks.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
- 5-7 years of experience in sales, preferably in the IT infrastructure and solutions industry, with a focus on security solutions.
- Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets and driving revenue growth.
- Strong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a sales team.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- In-depth knowledge of security products and services, including network security, data protection, threat detection, and access control.
- Certifications like ISO, EMEA and LENEL would be considered a plus.
- Willingness to travel to meet clients, attend industry events, and build business relationships.
- Result-oriented mindset with a focus on delivering customer satisfaction and driving business success.
