Our cleint is a leading system integrator company who are seeking for a dynamic and results-driven Sales Manager to join their team. As a Sales Manager specializing in software sales, you will play a crucial role in driving revenue growth by identifying, developing, and closing new business opportunities.
Responsibilities:
- Proactively identify and pursue new business opportunities within the software sales domain by networking, attending industry events, and leveraging existing relationships to generate leads
- Build and maintain strong relationships with B2B clients, understanding their needs and aligning the software solutions to address their challenges effectively.
- Collaborate with the technical team to understand the software offerings thoroughly
- Demonstrate a deep understanding of their solutions and articulate their value proposition to potential clients.
- Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations, proposals, and demonstrations that showcase the benefits of our software solutions.
- Lead negotiation efforts to secure profitable contracts. Close deals in a timely manner while ensuring customer satisfaction and long-term success.
- Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve and exceed sales targets. Continuously assess market trends and competitor activities to refine our sales approach.
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities, pipeline, and forecasts.
- Provide regular reports to senior management on sales performance and market trends.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field (MBA preferred).
- Proven track record of success in software sales, preferably within the IT or system integration industry.
- Strong understanding of software solutions and technologies, including but not limited to ERP, CRM, BI, and custom software development.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Ability to build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders at all levels.
- Strategic thinker with the ability to develop and execute sales plans effectively.
- Leadership experience with a demonstrated ability to motivate and inspire a sales team.
- Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
