Our client, one of the leading investment companies in the UAE is seeking a highly skilled Sales Manager At Angola Location.will be responsible for driving revenue growth, expanding market share, and leading the sales team across the international markets. This role requires a strong technical background in structural steel and pre-engineered buildings (PEB) along with a proven track record in B2B sales leadership. The Sales Manager will play a pivotal role in strengthening client relationships, identifying new opportunities, and ensuring seamless collaboration between sales and project execution teams.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve company sales goals and grow the customer base.
- Lead, mentor, and inspire the sales team to exceed performance targets.
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with consultants, contractors, and developers.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities by tracking industry trends and competitor activities.
- Manage the sales pipeline: generating inquiries, preparing quotations, negotiating terms, and closing deals.
- Collaborate with design, production, and project management teams to ensure smooth execution and client satisfaction.
- Deliver regular reports on sales performance, forecasts, and market analysis to senior leadership.
- Stay informed on structural steel and PEB innovations, products, and standards.
- Conduct client visits and travel within operational territories to drive business growth.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, or a related field.
- Proven experience as a Sales Manager or equivalent role in the steel, construction, or structural engineering industry.
- Strong technical knowledge of structural steel and fabrication processes (experience in PEB solutions is highly desirable).
- Exceptional leadership, communication, and negotiation skills.
- Track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets in competitive B2B markets.
- Established network within the construction, contracting, and industrial sectors in the UAE.
- Proficiency in CRM tools, MS Office Suite, and modern sales platforms.
