Job Description
RESPONSIBILITIES: -
- Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve company objectives in both B2B and B2C segments.
- Analyze market trends, customer needs, and competitor activities to identify new opportunities and stay ahead in the market.
- Set ambitious sales targets and create action plans to ensure their successful attainment.
- Lead and mentor the sales team, providing guidance, support, and motivation to achieve individual and collective goals.
- Conduct regular performance evaluations, set KPIs, and facilitate ongoing training to improve the team's sales skills and knowledge.
- Identify potential business partners, distributors, and dealers to expand the company's distribution network.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing distributors, ensuring they are well-equipped to promote and sell our products effectively.
- Prepare regular sales reports, providing insights into the team's performance, sales trends, and revenue forecasts.
- Present sales updates and progress reports to senior management.
REQUIREMENTS: -
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (MBA preferred).
- Proven experience as a Sales Manager in the water purification industry, with a successful track record of achieving sales targets.
- Strong network and contacts with distributors and dealers in the B2B and B2C segments.
- Excellent leadership and team management skills.
- Exceptional communication, negotiation, and presentation abilities.
- Strategic thinker with the ability to analyze data and make data-driven decisions.
- Customer-centric approach and a keen understanding of customer needs in the water purification market.
- Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams, including marketing, operations, and customer support.
