Job Description
- Key Responsibilities:
- Fully responsible for all aspects of the assigned Sales Territory.
- Dealer Management / Distributor management, Channel Sales Management for Gear Box, Lubricant, Bearing Industry.
- Managing both our existing sales pipeline and developing new business opportunities in Process Industries
- Take a lead role in the development of proposals for new business and nurture business opportunities and partnerships
- Identify trends and customer needs, building a short/medium/long-term sales pipeline in accordance with targets
- Develop strategies to achieve business goals of Process Industries
- Coordination and implementation of marketing and promotional strategies
- Motivate the team, track performance, and report metrics
- Adhere to daily & monthly responsibilities of MIS
- Maintain and share professional knowledge through education, networking, events, and presentations
- Monitor and evaluate industry trends and customer drivers and meet regularly with management and stakeholders to discuss strategy
- New business development with assigned customers
- Seeking out new customers for business expansion.
- Forecasting of the Business for the accounts being handled.
- Knowledge of application based technical specifications of customers.
- Cross cultural relationship management and should be familiar with demography.
- Strategic planning and building up short- and long-term business plans.
