Responsibilities:

•  Explore new market segments and recommend entry strategies to diversify the business.
•  Assist in preparation and implementation of yearly commercial action plan including country turnover, profitable margin, action plan, communication means in coordination with communication department, pricing policy, yearly and monthly forecast, training needs, etc.…
•  Actively work and exchange with marketing department on pricing, monitoring of competition, identification of new verticals, etc.
•  Negotiate contracts and manage client's direct channel partners (distributors, consultants, End users, system integrators,value added resellers, panel builders and other customers
•  Be main point of contact for local customers and day-to-day issues
• Actively identify new projects, follow up quotations and recommend project pricing. Respect margin guidelines and ensure project pipeline is communicated regularly for forecasting purposes.
• Provide regular reports to direct manager for market updates, key actions, challenges, action plan….
• Be a constant driving force for progress and productivity gains within the company and participate in specific actions that may be asked by direct manager.

Desired Qualification:

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or related field with 6-10 years of experience in selling electrical, home automation or IT infratructure solutions in Oman market.
• Should have excellent contacts with the distributors, consultants, end users, system integrators, value added resellers, panel builders and other customers in Oman.
• Excellent communications and interpersonal skills.
