Candidate Requirements
- Bachelor's/Master's/Specialist Degree in Food Technology
- 3 years experience in food processing (production/sales) is desirable
- Ability to solve technological problems and a passion for food development
- Excellent communication and analytical skills, high level organization, reliability
- Good negotiation skills, positive thinking
- Fluent spoken and good written English (Intermediate level)
- Ready for irregular working schedule, business trips
- Residency in Almaty
- Good computer user
- B license

Duties of the Manager-Technologist on sales:
- Analyzing the market and product line of manufacturers/suppliers to find new potential business
- Building strong business relationships with food manufacturers
- Developing sales strategy for specific ingredients (business development)
- Visiting clients in Kazakhstan, analyzing the needs of food manufacturers, creating value propositions for food technology ingredients
- Technological consulting on application of food ingredients and development of formulations according to technical and individual requirements of the clients
- Participation in production trials at the customer's premises / testing recipes in the test kitchen
- Creation of commercial proposals / project development and control of payments for goods and services
- Coordination of the sales strategy in the direction of food ingredients suppliers with the Heads of Divisions (Springboard manager) and the Director of the representative office.
