Sales Manager
As a Sales Manager, will ensure the development of activity with key actors in the building sector: Specifiers, Distributors and Installers. lead a team of Sales Representatives on the field as well as a Back Office team.
Role challenges
- Establish action plans, ensure their coordination and success
- Oversees the hiring, training and evaluating staff
- Build lasting relationships with the target customers
- Monitor the activity monthly by analyzing the dashboards and field reporting to the Market Director.
Requirement
You are an ambitious, self-starter who likes to collaborate with internal and external contacts and teams to progress deals through the sales cycle.
iBachelor or Master Degree or equivalent
proven experience as a sales team leader
strong organizational skills and ability to lead a team
strong interpersonal and communications skills
Demonstrate abilities to make decisions and convince
Are able to mobilize team around common objectives
Speak English fluently
The position is based in Verona, Italy and be a part of a global organization.
