Job Description
Main responsibilities:
- Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve revenue targets and business objectives.
- Build and maintain relationships with key clients, stakeholders, and partners.
- Lead, manage, and motivate a team of sales professionals to achieve individual and team
- targets.
- Develop and maintain a deep understanding of the construction industry and market trends.
- Analyze sales data and market trends to identify opportunities for growth and improvement.
- Collaborate with other departments to develop and execute cross-functional initiatives and
- programs.
- Develop and manage sales budgets, forecasts, and reports.
- Provide sales training and coaching to the sales team to enhance their performance and
- productivity.
- Attend industry events and conferences to stay up-to-date with the latest trends and
- technologies.
The few most important must haves of the best matching Candidate in this role are:
- A bachelor’s degree in business administration, Sales, Marketing, or a related field.
- Leading or managing a small to medium team would be nice.
- At least 3 years of experience in sales or business development in the construction industry,
- with a proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth.
- Strong leadership skills and experience in managing and motivating sales teams.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships
- with clients, stakeholders, and partners.
- Strong analytical skills, with the ability to analyze sales data and market trends to identify
- opportunities for growth and improvement.
- Proven experience in developing and implementing successful sales strategies and initiatives.
- Strong business acumen and understanding of the construction industry and market trends.
- Ability to travel as needed to meet with clients, attend industry events, and support the sales
- team.
