Job General scope:
Our client is looking for a Sales Manager Adhesives Packaging SPECIALITIES CHEMICALS BELGIUM
Expert in Adhesives Packaging , you have direct impact to drive your personal success.
You are responsible for your own projects from the first contact with the prospect until the final implementation phase and thereafter.
This position reports to the General Manager in Benelux
Main achievements/Missions/Objectives:
- Key Account Management-Develop and Sales for Adhesives Packaging markets.
- Full responsibility to drive revenue by prospecting and building a pipeline through technical visits and project meetings
- Develop and execute projects for your accounts and prospects and close new business consistently
- Build and create strategies for account development and with suppliers
- Develop strong relationships with the customer leading to a deep understanding of their needs and long-term business strategies.
- Manage the entire sales cycle, from introduction to ongoing account expansion.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of the technology and the industry.
Qualification requirements:
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree, Business, Chemicals or Mechanical Engineering
- 3-7 years of previous experience in a technical/solution selling environment is required.
- Experience, industry and product knowledge in the adhesives packaging or/and machinery.
- Work independently – and entrepreneurial/leadership mindset
- Strong Sales and Business development skills and Excellent negotiation capabilities
- Communicative and commercial and able to independently develop your market and customer base.
- Flexible and eager to learn and maintain knowledge to properly serve your accounts.
- Open mind, a sense of teamwork and you think positively.
- Fluent in English/Dutch and French or German is a plus.
- Availability to travel locally.
