Roles & Respnsbilities:
- Develop and execute domestic sales strategies to meet targets.
- Identify and expand into new markets across r potential regions.
- Build and maintain relationships with key clients and distributors.
- Manage the sales cycle from prospecting to closing deals.
- Ensure compliance with domestic regulations and documentation.
- Lead and mentor the sales team
- Strong market knowledge and proven success in domestic sales.
- Excellent negotiation, communication, and leadership skills.
- Willingness to travel extensively within the country.
- Proficient in English & local language.
