Minimum Requirements

You have a minimum of 5 years experience in sales, specialisong in digital media and knowledge of internet technologies and the online advertising sales market. You apply creative solutions to adverting briefs and create strong bespoke sales packages in a highly competitive marketplace. It is important that you also have a qualification in sales/advertising or relevant experience in this space.

Job Description

You will be managing and mentoring a sales team of 7, the aim is to grow this team to 12 by the end of this year. You will be required to attend weekly meetings with your team, to ensure their targets are reached. You will also need to check the team's proposals before they are sent to the client.

Remuneration Package

A competitve basic salary is offered together with commission should your team be successful in reaching their target.
