Sales Manager Food Distribution (Portugal)

Location: Portugal

We selected a Sales Manager for Distribution & Retail Channel for an important multinational in the food sector with more than 70 years in the market.

Reporting to the Commercial Director of Iberia in Spain, he will be in charge of:

- Development and execution of the commercial plan for the Portuguese market

- Analysis of the distribution network and decision making on new commercial strategies

- Negotiate, plan and accompany the distributors to obtain the established sales objectives.

- Account management and customer development in the modern food channel

Requirements:

- Senior profile with more than 10 years of commercial experience in the food sector and managing a network of distributors (essential)

- Native Portuguese. English and medium level of Spanish will be assessed

- Professional with high analytical capacity and strategic vision, ability to work autonomously, interpersonal and communication skills, negotiation, vision of "consultative sales", customer orientation, results orientation.
