General of this role :
We are seeking a profile with a dynamic personality(can be a junior profile) who is customer oriented with solid Technical and commercial background.
Technical understanding materials technology for the key market sectors, ingredients/raw materials used in Coating/Paint application or others.
This position reports to Sales director Additives.
Main Missions/Objectives:
- New market, new customers acquisition – Business development
- New product launch
- Product management, Marketing planning
- Maintain and develop existing customer base.
- Implement action plan to introduce new product range and consolidate existing one.
- Engage internal skills and expertise to support customer demands.
- Work with back office/logistic for daily operation.
- Forecast and reporting for Key accounts.
Qualification requirements:
- Technical/Scientific background, BTS/License, Engineer/master’s degree in chemistry, Material, is a plus.
- Over 3-5 years’ experience - Commercial background role in specialities chemical distribution sector. (Ceramic powder, fillers, Aluminium Oxyde /Dioxyde)
- A record of successful new product / New customer acquisition - “Hunter”
- Customer/Result oriented
- English operational both oral and written, will be preferred.
- Willingness to travel mostly in France and EU, up to 40%
