Salary Package: Fix + incentive 10% + company car

Location: LE MANS – 72 or Home Office

II. Job General scope:

Preferred profile:

• a dynamic personality who is customer oriented with solid Technical and commercial background.
• capability to use their own initiative and work independently.
• technical understanding of materials technology for the key market sectors, as Coating/Paint application, Inks, Pigments/Flakes, Plastics

This position reports to Sales director

III. Main achievements/Missions/Objectives:

• New market, new customers acquisition – Business development
• Product management, Marketing planning
• New Product Launch
• Maintain and develop existing customer base
• Implement action plan to introduce new product range and consolidate existing one.
• Engage internal skills and expertise to support customer demands.
• Work with back office/logistic for daily operation.
• Forecast and reporting for Key accounts

IV. Qualification requirements:

• Engineer/Master degree in Chemistry,
• Over 3-5 years’ experience - Commercial background role in specialties chemical distribution sector. ( Coating/Paint application, Inks, Pigments/Flakes, Plastics )
• A record of successful new product / New customer acquisition - “Hunter”
• Customer/Result oriented
• English fluent both oral and written, will be preferred
• Willingness to travel mostly in France, up to 40%
