Job Description
Role & responsibilities
- Develop and execute comprehensive sales plans and aggressive strategies to increase market share and profitability.
- Implement effective monitoring mechanisms to ensure achievement of sales targets and constant travel to the states for the new project and development of the existing state records.
- Formulate policies and guidelines for channel partner like dealers, distributors and stockiest satisfaction.
- Conduct market research to understand competitor activities, demand-supply scenarios, and regulatory issues.
- Facilitate market development, brand management, and business development in domestic and export markets.
- Monitor pricing patterns and make pricing decisions to ensure maximum recoveries.
- Adapt to the Company ERP system and provide monthly information to top management.
- Develop policies for field force monitoring, people management, and relationship management.
- Manage the complete sales cycle from business development to payment receipt.
Requirements:
- Master's degree in business, marketing, or a related field.
- Minimum 15 years of experience in FMCG sales, with a proven track record of achieving sales targets.
- Strong understanding of the FMCG industry, including market dynamics, product categories, and distribution channels.
- Proven leadership skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire teams.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships with customers, distributors, and internal stakeholders.
- Strong analytical skills and the ability to analyze data to identify trends and opportunities.
- Proficiency in using CRM software and other sales tools.
