The Role
Sales Manager Healthcare Northern Europe
The person, who will report hierarchically to reporting to Healthcare & Life Sciences Division Sales Director EMEA & INDIA, will be responsible for:
- Organizing appointments and meetings with community- and hospital-based healthcare staff;
- Develop / implement a customer account plan to achieve orders, revenue and margin projections;
- Identifying and establishing new business German Hospital Market;
- Drive sales of new products and applications;
- Develop and cultivate productive long-term relationships with customers;
- Identify new opportunities to build profitable market share and sustainable;
- Provide business analysis including data trends, customer retention and funnel success;
- Apply knowledge of business climate, market dynamics and trends as well as market;
- Competitive advantage while creating value for new and existing customers.
Personal Attributes
- Master’s Degree;
- Ideally an experience of 4/5 years like Sales Specialist/Sales Manager;
- Good knowledge of English and German (written and spoken);
- Good knowledge of the Office Package;
- Available to travel 50 % of working time;
- Proactivity and resourcefulness.
Location:
Italy (free to decide on location); needing to travel 50 % of the time in Northern Europe
