Job profile Sales Manager Nordics and Baltics
You are an experienced, dynamic sales manager with a proven track record in business development and winning new logos in the enterprise and public sector and will be excited by the challenge of joining a company where you can take the initiative to develop and build the business in the DACH region.
Our client enables governments to manage large volumes of identity data to protect borders and citizens while providing legal identity for all and enabling Public and Private Employment Services to quickly and expertly match people with suitable and sustainable jobs.
Goal and Deliverables
Building a substantial pipeline of opportunities to meet and exceed sales targets in the assigned sales territory. Significant focus on acquiring new logo's while developing existing accounts by upsell of additional products and services. Deliver predictable revenue results across the strategic solutions.
Core tasks & responsibilities

- Sell the company on any moment of time.
- Build a territory plan based on logo’s where you can sell the strategic solution(s)
- Engage with the available external (sales) consultants
- Focus on acquisition of new logo’s
- Make an account plan for the must win key accounts.
- Prepare and define an effective sales strategy and tailor the messages to the different stakeholders at the customer.
- Discover and influence the eco system what active at your targets accounts
- Collaborate with the BU presales and services delivery consultants
- Manage the RFI and the quote to order process
- Communicate detailed closing plans with actions and owners.
- Managing each opportunity with the highest possible accuracy in Salesforce.
- Create enough pipeline to meet your targets and managing the risks of other opportunities.
- Identify, analyse and interpret trends and challenges in your territory
- Engage Marketing and define key initiatives for your accounts and follow up on Marketing Qualified leads
- Contribute to develop content for marketing material, like collateral, sales tools, training, and support tools.
- Provide input to competitive analysis & Market Research
- Share best practices
- Make every account a reference account
Competencies
- 10 years of relevant experience in a similar positions or proven success in this type of role
