Work model: On-site, Monday-Friday
Responsibilities:
• Directing sales operations within the organization through strategic business planning encompassing revenue management and cost controls.
• Achieving predetermined sales targets.
• Establishing individual sales objectives in collaboration with the sales team.
• Monitoring and reporting sales progress as needed.
• Supervising the sales team's performance and activities.
• Collaborating with marketing to enhance lead generation efforts.
• Providing continual training for the team.
• Fostering the professional growth of the sales team by offering motivation, guidance, and product expertise.
• Advocating for the organization and its products.
• Understanding the characteristics of our ideal clientele and their alignment with our offerings.
Qualifications:
• A bachelor's degree in business administration or a related field.
• Demonstrated experience in devising and executing sales strategies.
• Proficiency in customer relationship management.
• Proven track record of managing and guiding sales teams.
• Strong written and verbal communication abilities.
• Commitment to delivering exceptional customer service.
• Fluency in the English language.
