Technical Requirements:
● Understanding of Electronics/IoT & IT Industry
● B2B sales and solution selling experience
● Sales experience for EMS /ODM companies
● Experience or exposure to IoT Hardware Design or Embedded Systems is a plus
● Experience or exposure to Electronics Manufacturing Industry will be preferred
● Tendering / Bid submission / Project viability and financial modelling exposure

Soft skill Requirements:
● Ready to work in an agile environment and proactive to take up multiple roles and responsibilities
● Good communication skills and a team player
● Attention to detail, focus and must have a can-do attitude

Responsibilities:
● Build strategy to target customers and generate pipeline
● Independently generate new sales leads and close orders to meet quarterly targets.
● Collaborate with clients/prospects to understand their ODM/EMS requirements
● Work with internal stakeholders to prepare winning proposals
● Plan effectively to ensure projects are delivered on time, to standard and to budget
