Antal is global recruitment service firm, we are hiring for our client one Sales Manager Life Sciences-Body care-DACH Market. ( FULL REMOTE POSSIBLE )
Our client is a global producer, custom manufacturer as well as a traditional distributor for a wide range of specialty chemicals.
Headquartered in Germany, global coverage, serving both local and multinational organizations.
Our client offers a large range of Products in many application sectors, as Cosmetics & Personal Care, Household & Industrial Care, Lubricant & Metal working, Coating Adhesives Sealants, Paper, Plastics, Water treatment, etc
Required a dynamic personality who is customer oriented with solid Technical/Scientific and Commercial/Sales background.
The successful candidate will need to have tenacity to maintain this on a long-term basis. Therefore, it is important that they have the capability to use their own initiative and with strong team spirit.

The successful candidate will be expected to have technical understanding of ingredients formulation, in Cosmetic sector.
This position reports to the Managing Director
Candidate Profile - Qualifications / Experience
• Scientific background (Engineer/Master), Formulation/ Chemicals/cosmetic knowledge
• Experience of 3/5 years in a B2B environment, preferably in the field of personal care ingredients is essential to make an impact in the market.
• Excellent listening, communication, analytical and negotiation skills, with the ability to think in terms of "solutions" and not "products" to meet customer needs.
• Excellent customer service orientation, communication and negotiation skills
• Tenacious with good organisational skills and autonomy - Team player/Entrepreneurial
• Good knowledge of ERP, MS Office, data protection, ISO standards and safety at work.
• Fluent in German - Good mastery of English, both written and spoken
• Flexibility and business travel (40-50%).
Tasks - Responsibilities
• Achieving ambitious sales targets in the highly competitive cosmetics market.
• To increase the turnover on existing customers (introduction of new solutions) in order to establish successful and long-term relationships.
• Work on the new customers acquisition in the cosmetics industry through continuous visits, trade fair contacts, marketing actions and active networking.
• Active collaboration/support with R&D, marketing, sales, logistics and customer support teams.
• Follow-up, with autonomy, of sales activities, customer analysis, proposal generation, price and contract negotiations - Follow-up of sales and revenue targets.
• Provide customer and market feedback, monitor, analyse and evaluate market opportunities and competitor activities (SWOT)
