Ticket size/Flat price - 17 - 20 Cr.
Responsibilities
- Handle Customer walk-ins, sales inquiries at the Sales Office.
- Channel Partner Management
- Review the performance of existing channel partners using metrics such as sales and revenue, and connect to improve the funnel, sales and revenue and maintain strong relationships with them
- Develop and drive sales initiatives to achieve set goals by mentoring and motivating the Channel Partners and incentivizing them
- Develop and implement channel partner programs, such as training and marketing.
- Map competitors and their projects.
- Proposing & implementing sales promotion activities for the assigned project.
- Creating strong leads, maintain excellent relations with existing residents and IPC / brokers and devise new and innovative selling and promotional techniques/schemes.
- Create and maintain a database of site visits, inquiries and lead generation.
Preferred Candidate:
- Preferably, an MBA in Marketing.
- 6-10 years of experience in Residential sales
- Strong communication and public speaking ability
- Good team management skills and highly professional attitude
- Ownership of sales, marketing, and customer service operations
- Expertise in marketing and sales strategies
- Skilful in lead generation and customer service strategies
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Flexibility and adaptability to change
- Must possess excellent skills to transact and do business development
- Coordinate activities of specialists and conduct market survey to gauge competitor behaviour
- Develop proposals for presentation to customers
- Prepare customer data bank and ensure regular follow ups to achieve monthly targets.
- Target oriented, assertive with positive attitude
