Job Description
Our client is a worldwide famous tire company, currently we are looking for a sales Manager responsible for European market, this position should report to VP of Europe Region. The position is based in Europe, Spain and Germany preferred.
Main Task
- Develop and execute business plans that achieve strategic growth objectives for company as well as customer's businesses.
- Making sales forecasting and demand planning requirements for supply chain and manufacturing purposes collaboratively with the customer base.
- Continually develop strategic, strong relationships with the business owners, key management, department heads and team members with customers, participating in joint business planning and other value creation activities.
- Prepare, deliver, and present professional sales proposals and presentations to the existing and potential customers.
- Propose end to end customer valued solutions within the PCR/TBR segments with the customers. Communicating and delivering on pricing, promotions, and other product initiatives through the customers.
- Act as the voice of the customer in providing customer and consumer insights on product development, performance, and differentiation in the marketplace.
- Collaborate with the team members in China HQ in coordination of product development/testing/marketing/promotion plans to meet customer demand where product range expansion or new brands/products developments are required.
- Collect competitive information and market intelligence and share with the China team/HQ.
- Other duties as required.
Skills and Qualifications

- Regional sales planning and process management
- Leadership experience is required, be a good mentor.
- Computer proficiency required in Microsoft package.
- 10+ years of related experience & market knowledge in PCR/TBR tire sales.
- A bachelor’s degree in business administration, Marketing or Sales preferred, or equivalent number of years of experience.
- Agree with business travel regularly.
