Responsibilities
Team Leadership
- Lead and inspire a team of 8 architects to deliver high-quality architectural services with a focus on meeting sales targets.
- Foster a collaborative and results-driven team culture.
Sales Strategy
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to promote architectural services and meet revenue goals.
- Identify new business opportunities and potential clients in the building industry.
Client Engagement:
- Cultivate and maintain relationships with clients, architects, and key stakeholders.
- Understand client needs and collaborate with the architectural team to tailor solutions that align with client requirements.
Project Coordination:
- Coordinate projects, ensuring seamless communication and collaboration among team members.
- Oversee the development and delivery of architectural proposals, presentations, and project plans.
Market Research:
- Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and market conditions.
- Utilize market insights to refine sales strategies and enhance the competitiveness of architectural services.
Performance Monitoring:
- Track and analyze sales performance metrics, providing regular reports to senior management.
- Implement corrective actions to address challenges and capitalize on opportunities.
Your profile
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Architecture or a related field.
- Proven experience in sales and team management.
- Strong understanding of building sector and industry trends.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Demonstrated ability to develop and execute successful sales strategies.
- Leadership experience with a focus on fostering a positive team environment.
