Job Purpose:
- Set short-and-long term orders and business development goals, in cooperation with the Top Management, and plan for achieving them. Maintain or increase the company’s market share.
- Increase the number of customers and the level of customer satisfaction and retention.
- Provide General Manager with all needed information and adequate advice and recommendations to support planning and decision-making for the Sales Department.
- Achieve the set goals in the areas of sales, market share acquisition and customer base increase. Ensure the constant practice of high level customer service and a continuous projection of a good company image following
- Customer First Strategy.
- Lead his/her team effectively and efficiently toward achieving the organizational goals and supporting a customerdriven work approach.
- Lead his/her team toward effective performance and achievement of company goals. Foster communication and teamwork within his/her department to boost commitment and loyalty levels.
Qualifications:
- Education: BA of Mechanical Engineering.
- Experience: 10+ years in the area of Sales
- Competency: Communication, Collaboration, Results Oriented, Resilience & Strength and Emotionally Intelligent
- Abilities: Quantitative Reasoning & Mental Agility
- Knowledge & Language: Excellent command of English and computer literacy
