The cumulative annual delivery volume in emerging PV markets such as Brazil, Mexico, Poland and Southeast Asia is close to 1 GW. The company continues to invest in the development of PV storage systems and TOPcon N type technology, with products to be launched in the near future.
The european HQ is based in Germany. To enhance the european team,we ara looking for a Spanish speaking Sales Manager based in Spain (home office).You are expected to independently develop the overseas solar market and manage different sales channels for consumer products, including solar panels, PV grid connected inverters and other equipment you can execute strategies for overseas markets and build brand awareness in the local market.
You can build a local sales team and lead them to achieve sales targets.
You are able to understand customer needs, establish effective distribution channels, establish good cooperation models with customers and communicate effectively.
You will be able to analyse sales data to coordinate and collaborate with the sales operations team at HQ
You will be able to conduct and analyse market researches, coordinate with the marketing department to provide sales and marketing support to key accounts and new customers in the region.
Your repor ting line: Europe sales DirectorQualifications
You have 5+ years B2B sales experience. You also have good insight, affinity, execution and overall views. Relevant experience in solar photovoltaic, energy storage and other renewables energy industry, battery and other in dustries is a plus
You are passionate for company´ s missionYou have the ability to work in a start up organization with a positive, flexible, solution driven attitude
You are a s trong operator, comfortable with execution and driven by results
You are a great team player and have proven ability to influence across functional teams .
You have e ffective time management and prioritization skills
You are proficient in English and Spanish, both oral and written. Other European language is a plus
You can handl e irregular short term business trip abroad.
