Our client, an highly respected, well-known independent agency who require a hungry and motivated Sales Negotiator for their office based in South East London. This branch is a high volume office and an excellent opportunity for a motivated individual to deal with high levels of stock. Package as below:
Duties/Functions:
- Qualifying applicants.
- Arranging and conducting viewings.
- Managing client's expectations with the aim of surpassing those expectations.
- Negotiating with all parties to ensure smooth running of the property sales process.
- Managing the process from an offer to exchange of contracts and completion.
- Providing high levels of customer service to all applicants, vendors and colleagues alike.
Requirements:
- A full and clean manual driving licence.
- A proven track record of success within residential sales.
- Knowledge of the sales process from start to finish
- Strong communication skills both face to face and over the telephone.
- Immaculate presentation.
- Go Getter Attitude
Basic: £20,000 - £22,000 OTE - £50,000 Great Commission Structure & Car Allowance
Hours: Monday to Thursday 8:45am until 6:30pm, Friday 8:45am until pm, Saturday am until pm 1 in 2
