Parkside Recruitment are working with an Established, market-leading independent Estate Agency looking for a Senior/ Sales Negotiator to join their flourishing team in North London.

Role & Responsibilities

• Responsible for exceeding your KPI's.
• Converting Enquiries into Market Appraisals.
• Spend quality time with each applicant and qualify them to the 10 point DA Standard.
• Matching out properties to your client base as soon as you have qualified them.
• Arrange viewings for well vetted applicants, who can and wish to make a decision.
• Canvasing and prosecting new business.

Role Requirements

• At least 12 months experience in Property Sales.
• Self motivated and excellent communication skills.
• Time management and organisational skills are key.
• Full UK driving license.

Salary: Basic £18,000 - £24,000, OTE £60,000 - £70,000, Car allowance & fantastic benefits

Hours: Monday to Friday 8:30am to 7:00pm, Saturday's 10am - 4pm 2 a month.
