Sales Operational Manager

We are seeking a highly motivated and strategic Sales Operations Manager to enhance operational performance and support business growth across all sales functions. Key Responsibilities:

• Coordinate and optimize sales operations across multiple teams, ensuring efficiency and alignment with overall business goals.
• Develop and implement strategic initiatives to strengthen market approach and accelerate revenue growth.
• Serve as a key link between HQ, sales teams, and customers to facilitate smooth communication and execution of projects.
• Analyse market trends, competitor activity, and customer insights to support informed decision-making.
• Monitor, assess, and refine KPIs, ensuring they remain relevant to the business context.
• Review and enhance sales incentive structures and procedures to maximize team performance.
• Identify improvement opportunities and drive initiatives to boost business effectiveness.
• Mentor and support sales teams, promoting a collaborative and results-driven environment.
• Oversee key sales metrics and deliver actionable insights to senior leadership.

Requirements:

• Minimum 5 years of experience in sales operations or coordination, ideally within the industrial sector.
• Strong leadership and management skills, with proven experience coordinating cross-functional teams.
• Demonstrated strategic thinking and solid business acumen.
• Self-motivated, proactive, and capable of leading initiatives independently.
