We are looking for a dynamic professional with an engineering background who will drive sales enablement globally. Working hand-in-hand with your commercial and marketing colleagues, you will help drive demand for both existing and prospective customers.You will have the opportunity to make a significant impact by ensuring the commercial team achieves transformative business outcomes. You will work with top engineering companies across the globe and be a proud ambassador of ther cutting-edge technology.
Your key responsibilities will be:
- Together with the marketing and commercial team, you will execute a sales enablement program. The topics encompass: building, improving and nurturing pre-sales materialpresentations, driving sales processes, CRM, funnel, reporting and the possibility of sales training.
- You will develop and set up a data-driven approach to drive the sales discussions.
- You will further develop the usage of their CRM to ensure proper tracking as well as forecasting allowing better commercial decisions.
Additional responsibilities will also include the following:
- You will conduct market research to identify potential customers and contacts.
- You will build up a high-quality pipeline of leads by reaching out and meeting potential customers.
- You will participate in the industry's most important conferences and webinars.
Who you are
- You have an engineering background (strict requirement).
- You have a good understanding of the simulation (CAD/CAE) space.
- You have sales enablement experience.
- You have a good understanding of Machine Learning and AI.
- You have business confidence, entrepreneurial spirit, and high energy.
- You are motivated, detail-oriented, enjoy solving difficult problems and are willing to engage in unknown territory.
- You like to work in a team.
