Sales Operations Coordinator

About the Role:

We are looking for a proactive and strategic Sales Operations Coordinator to drive operational excellence and support business growth across all sales functions. This role requires strong leadership, business acumen, and the ability to coordinate effectively across headquarters, sales teams, and clients.

Key Responsibilities:

• Optimize and coordinate sales operations across multiple teams to ensure alignment with business objectives.
• Develop and implement strategic initiatives to strengthen market positioning and accelerate revenue growth.
• Act as a liaison between HQ, sales teams, and clients to facilitate seamless project execution.
• Analyze market trends, competitor activity, and customer insights to inform decision-making.
• Monitor and refine KPIs, ensuring they remain relevant to business priorities.
• Enhance sales incentive programs and procedures to maximize team performance.
• Identify opportunities for operational improvements and lead initiatives to increase efficiency.
• Mentor and support sales teams, fostering a collaborative and results-driven environment.
• Track key sales metrics and provide actionable insights to senior leadership.

Requirements:

• Minimum 5 years of experience in sales operations or coordination, in the industrial sector.
• Strong leadership and management skills with experience in cross-functional team coordination.
• Demonstrated strategic thinking and business acumen.
• Self-motivated, proactive, and capable of leading initiatives independently.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to manage diverse stakeholders.
• Strong analytical skills and the ability to translate market insights into actionable strategies.
