This newly structured role will support the company’s international sales administration functions from Hungary. The job holder will be part of Sales & Customer Management department.

Sales Planning and Controlling Specialist

Responsibilities:

1. Maintain and optimize the IBP (SAP) planning program, including global responsibility for the planning process
2. Manage sales planning for European customers
3. Collaborate with key account managers concerning customer demand planning and clarification of changes in customer demands
4. Plausibility check of planned volumes by comparing them with market data, e.g., automotive market forecasts and customer data
5. Create and analyze reports in SAP, Excel as a basis for customer discussions and management meetings
6. Create revenue- and contribution margin-plans
7. Contribute to the company's strategy development

Requirements:

1. Degree in Business Administration
2. Several years of professional experience in sales planning or controlling, sales, project management, or supply chain at an automotive supplier company is desirable
3. Good knowledge of SAP, especially the SD, MM, and PP modules and their interrelationships
4. A strong affinity for SAP and knowledge of SAP programming are desirable
5. Good IBP knowledge, ideally in the areas of demand and supply
6. Structured and analytical problem-solving skills as well as decisiveness
7. Strong customer focus, teamwork skills, and excellent communication and assertiveness skills
8. Affinity for technical products in the automotive industry (basic understanding)
1. Proficient use of all standard MS Office applications, especially very good MS Excel skills
10. Excellent written and spoken German and/or English skills
11. Flexibility due to global collaboration
