Job Description
We are looking for a Sales Rep. - Oncology for one of our clients, a multinational company based in Madrid
Responsibilities
- Planning, budgeting, and implementation of regional activities and projects defined in action plans
- Active and professional advice and support for the relevant oncological contacts in the clinics with existing and new products in the areas of colorectal carcinoma, lung cancer, multiple melanomas, and bone health in cancer patients
- CRM reporting as well as maintenance and expansion of customer profiles
- Monthly analysis and evaluation of qualitative and quantitative regional results and development and implementation of the necessary measures to achieve the goals
- Partnerships with marketing, medicine, and market access
Requirements
- Completed examination as a pharmaceutical representative or equivalent degree, with a scientific degree being advantageous
- Professional experience as a clinic consultant or in a consulting-intensive field/sales position, with knowledge and/or a network in the hospital sector being desirable. Oncology experience a plus
- Project management skills and ideally experience in a competitive environment
- Digital affinity and openness to new things
- Dynamic, innovative and enthusiastic personality with analytical thinking, commitment, and enjoyment of relationship management
- Team player
