This role is specifically designed for individuals with a strong foundation in the industrial and mechanical sectors, possessing an in-depth understanding of the construction industry. The ideal candidate will play a pivotal role in promoting and selling our temporary solutions and services tailored to meet the needs of General Contractors, Electrical Contractors, Facility Management, Restoration contractors, and other professionals within the construction sector.
Key Responsibilities:
- Drive the full sales cycle, from prospecting to closing deals, focusing on building and maintaining robust relationships with both new and existing clients across various commercial sectors including construction, contracting, and event management.
- Strategically target, develop, and preserve client relationships within the Richmond market, ensuring customer satisfaction and business growth.
Requirements:
- 3-5 years of direct B2B sales experience, preferably within the industrial, construction, or related sectors.
- Demonstrable knowledge of the local territory and a proven ability to navigate and excel within it.
- Skilled in the use of CRM software, ideally Salesforce, to track and manage customer interactions effectively.
- Ability to collaborate across different departments (Operations, Fleet, Logistics) to ensure cohesive service delivery.
- A Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience in a relevant field is required.
Desired Profile:
- Predominantly a "hunter" in sales approach, with a focus on aggressively pursuing new business opportunities.
- Experience in dealing with trades such as HVAC, general contracting, electrical services, and power generation is highly valued.
