RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Prospecting the market and identifying business development opportunities

• Identify and evaluate potential partnerships, collaborations, or distribution channels to expand the company's reach.

• Daily visits to clients within the assigned area.

• Conduct face-to-face meetings with clients to understand their requirements, address concerns, and present relevant products or services.

• Maintaining and developing collaborative relationships with active clients.

• Achieving agreed qualitative and quantitative objectives.

• Monitoring and reporting on competitor activities.

• Promoting the company's image.

• Activity area: Priority given to the South-East region of Romania.

REQUIREMENTS:

• Completed higher education; food chemistry is an advantage.

• B2B sales experience - mandatory.

• Experience with clients in the South-East region of Romania, if available.

• Experience in the food ingredients field can be a significant advantage, in any case, mandatory in the

  food industry.

• Excellent communication and persuasion skills.

• Dynamic, sociable, and pleasant presence.

• Quick learning ability, goal oriented.

• English B1/B2 level (medium to good), and knowledge of another international language such as

  German or French could be an advantage.

• Driver's license (Category B) - mandatory

• Intermediate to advanced level of English language proficiency.

• Travel requirement: The candidate should be highly available and willing to travel frequently.
