Job Description
Our client is a well-established international company with over 175 years of history, operating across more than 20 countries in Europe and Asia with several thousand employees.
The company offers B2B subscription-based services to clients across manufacturing, retail, healthcare, logistics and hospitality sectors.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Identify, prospect and visit potential clients independently across the assigned territory
- Assess client needs and propose tailored service solutions
- Negotiate pricing and terms within defined authority levels and close new contracts
- Maintain accurate pipeline and activity records in CRM
- Collaborate with sales, marketing and customer service teams locally and regionally
- Continuously develop product knowledge and sales skills through training
MUST-HAVE PROFILE
- Minimum 2 years of proven B2B field sales experience in a service-selling environment
- Strong hunter mentality: self-generating leads, independent prospecting, closing new accounts
- Experience in value-based selling — able to justify ROI and handle price-focused objections
- Comfortable with high travel intensity (75–85% field time)
- Solid business acumen: understanding of target industries, market dynamics and buyer personas
- Structured CRM pipeline management
- University degree in business, marketing or a related field
- Experience in any of the following industries is an advantage: manufacturing, food & beverage, automotive, medical/pharma, retail.
