Job Description
Our client offers transportation solutions by wide range of new and used trucks to a wide range of transport activities: distribution, construction, heavy construction, long distance, special uses.
Main duties:
- Actively prospecting for new business and developing commercial relationships.
- Provide clear and financially sound quotations to customers.
- Effective use of the customer management system for regular updates, follow department procedures in completing truck paperwork using available system tools.
- Deliver a personal and professional handover at the point of vehicle delivery.
- Provide follow-up and ongoing service to existing customers.
- Ability to coordinate financing and insurance with the appropriate departments.
- Be available for required meetings and other appointed times consistent and required to conduct and maintain sales department business.
- Meet established performance criteria as determined by sales manager.
- Other duties assigned by manager.
Requirements:
- Bachelor degree, preferably in business management, marketing, entrepreneurship, professional Must have strong sales process skills customer targeting, prospecting, cold / warm calling and field sales visits
- Several years of successful sales experience in truck or heavy equipment business
- Ability to work and learn independently.
- Knowledge in the area of truck specifications.
- Clear driving history required.
